I preach on the flaws of the BMI scale all the time. You are not 30% bodyfat. The BMI scale is the most ridiculous thing ever. It say that Arnold in this picture
is obese. It also says I'm obese. I'm 16% bodyfat tops. Do a little bit of reading before you post here and claim that we are wrong and the BMI system is right.
