im alergic to dairy and most weight gainers have milk in them under the "other ingredients" what are the top weight gainers that do NOT have any milk in it?

whey protein concentrate, will have lactose in it.
OP: I'm guessing you're allergic to lactose? If it's just all dairy then you will have to avoid all whey proteins and stick to soy/gemma/hemp/wheat/egg proteins.
Why do you need a gainer though? Just eat more food. And if you can't just find your favorite protein powder and add in Maltodextrin to it (that's all weight gainers are anyhow, protein + malto).Latest Reviews:
