PR and max's for the week
This week I did one rep max's at my gym. I also had PRs on all my lifts.
Hexbar dead lift 405lbs
Power clean 195lbs
Front squat 275lbs
Bench press 175lbs (by far my most disappointing lift. I've always been horrible at benching but I am determined to change that)
Keep hitting the gym everyone!

Bench Press:
In 4 weeks I went from 185 X 12 to 205 X 12. (total failure). Never was much for endurance so these higher reps are all new. Used to only do sets of 3-5.Bench: 295 X 1, 245 X 7, 225 X 11
Incline Bench: 265 X 2, 225 X 7
Dumbbell Bench: 130's X 2
Deadlift: 565 X 1, 405 X 8
Squat: 365 X 1, 315 X 2 ATG
Box Jump: 50" Standing

I got challenged last night and set a new PR. A friend bet I couldn't do 35 reps of flat dumb bell bench press with a pair of 25 pounders. I nailed it.
It doesn't sound like much but shoulders and chest have always been trouble spots for me. My bench was always my worst lift besides over head press.Back In the Driver Seat with ErgoDrive

Non lift related, I managed a sub 8min mile today (7min41s) for the first time at 242lbs. Never been good at running since I've always been waaay overweight, so I'm currently both lighter, faster and stronger than I've ever been.
And I'm only going to get better!81lbs down, 36 to go.
