20 years old, looking for something to increase my testosterone, I don't feel like mine is very high just in general. Currently the only supplements I take that may or may not increase testosterone are my Animal Pak Multi, Ultimate Nutrition Bulgarian Tribulus, Blox SAAs, Zinc stacked with Magnesium Taurate, and concentrated Garlic Pills, all have been to aid in the production of testosterone, however I am looking for something a bit (much) stronger. The three things I cannot have are Caffeine, Yohimbine, and creatine, so I guess work with that. I also dont want sonething that I'm going to get addicted to just something that will enhance my body's natural production of testo.

Haha my libido is fine, believe me, idk why but I feel as if it should be higher, and even if it is high, I want to raise it, so what's a good supplement to just blow it right off the charts

ur testosterone should be high anyway at ur age unless u got some medical condition, but it seems u dont, just watch some porn

Well I know mine is probably higher than most but I want to get it as high as possible without resorting to prohormones and testo replacement therapy. I'm looking for huge gains at the gym. I want a level that will make me super aggressive and impulsive, and I don't think I have that level

Thanks bro. And from what I take I've noticed Blox really does increase Testo, but only temporarily on workout days, on non workout days I just feel Bleh, and also @Khwaj, Porn before a workout has been shown not to significantly increase Testosterone, it just lowers cortisol levels when viewed before a workout. The only catch, no fapping, just watch, then workout.

I'm 20yrs old and I think that my testosterone levels are low. I dont feel masculine at all. My workout partner and compared ourselves and he was so much bigger than me. His chest was bigand firm, and mine was slim and jiggly. If you look at my Bodspace, Im not fat you can tell I have muscle, but its not solid. My forearms, hands, legs, feet, arms, shoulders, neck, etc are smaller than most guys I see. Skinny guys are sometimes stronger than me. I took testosterone pills when I was 18years old. Could that have had an effect on me? Is there anyway to recipricate it? I feel like im a "look strong but not strong" kinda guy. Please help, I wanna get this taken care of. Ive been lifting for 3yrs now

I don't lift that often. I read that you're having problems with strength. I'm not skinny or fat. I don't have a lot of muscle but I'm stronger than a lot of people that have built bodies. I believe you've just been building up your muscle. You havnt been strengthening your muscle at all. So you're not strong. If you're not getting all your proteins and not drinking enough water you will stay weak. Water is very very very important for your muscles. If you're body building you need to eat more and drink more. Don't worry about getting fat. Your muscles feed off of fat.
