I'm NOT sayin don't have a few "luxury" foods...lol But one can do so much damage in so little time. TRUST ME... once you have your first taste... you are not going to want to stop... it's like a bottomless pit bro! Just sayin be smart about it. A couple of good meals of what you want and hop back on to your prep protocol numbers and slowly add foods back in every 5 days or weekly. This will make your off season progression much more productive. Pre plan it and follow through!

Haha, don't worry man. I'm not going to go insane. I'll give myself 48 hours after the competition to eat whatever, then go back to diet but at higher calories, and most likely with different carb sources, IE: Pastas, rice, other healthy carb sources I've been craving, and during that first week back I'll probably go out to eat with some friends I kinda have been neglecting due to bodybuilding.

I'll second this. This is only first contest prep I'm going through, but I'll be damned if I dieted for close to 5 months only to piss away most of that work in a week or two. Don't get me wrong, I would kill for the Pizza Hut buffet right now, but the more time you put into your prep the more I feel that eating like a lard ass is more and more nonsensical...
