    Get Rid of Lower Chest Fat?

    My dad has a lot muscle but hes not very cut and has a some fat around his lower chest and it just won't go away. How would you get rid of this?

    Hes 188lb and around 15% bf.

    I have this problem too. I just recently tried being more strict with my diet (which has been trouble for me in the past) to see if I can shape it up a little.

    People need to learn the simple fact that if you want to get rid of fat you need to eat less and consequently weigh less. All the time I hear people saying "I want to get rid of this fat, but I don't want to go below X number of pounds." Well maybe you'll have to go under X number of pounds to get rid of that fat.
