I always find that EC gives me crazy heartburn. Wanted to try it on my last cut, but after the first few times I gave up.

In on 7th page. I have a dilemna now, I've started playing rugby and I play hooker (lolz) and my 2 props are both 20 stone each (280lbs+) and I'm around 180-185. I feel I should be heavier as I'm now one of the lightest players in the team and definitely the lightest forward, but I don't wanna get fat or go on dat dere? I'm probably as strong as the 280lbs props though, but feel very small in comparison

Also, I play on Saturdays, how should I change my training as I usually train hard Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri and recover with DOMS all weekend?

Are you recovering enough? And getting enough rest? I mean, when I combined lifting with an intense sport/cardio, I found that it was hurting my recovery. Upped my protein, which helped some, but not entirely.
