Thanks Woody. 3 plate SOHP would be incredible. That's a long ways away lol.
For sure. Weird he didn't have you do any pressing. You know I'm against that. I enjoy raising all lifts at once.
Still skeptical. U mad?
lol
I'd say its ****ing worked for you LOL.

idk why I put question marks lol I meant of you. I would say your inclines are more than ok it's just that you have a strange SOHP to incline ratio lol. Your incline is still proportionate to your bench but your SOHP is your strongest of the 3 and incline is your weakest. But either way they are all strong. My incline is going up too and I'm only at 185x7 had more but ass was coming off bench for the last 2 and didn't want to make it a hump press lol. I'm trying to go for records myself tomorrow. I want to rep 500 on romanians and get 10 if fortunate and go for 30 reps on 500 pound shrugs. Will record both. Yesterday hit 2 PRs. Got 80s for 15 on dumbbell seated press and 90s for 6. Going down to the ears or a little above making it not as impressive but still a record. Could almost say I'm getting the military press form down too. But either way I wanna see pics!! You must be yok3d outta your mind right now haha

Yeah I think my incline needs to be stronger. Are you talkin DB shoulder press? That's pretty good. I'm repping the 100's for a decent amount of reps but nothing more yet. Maybe I'll try the 105's next time. Those are some sick goals.
Eh everyone says I look massive but I dunno. I have a large frame so it takes a while to fill it out. I'm also holding a TON of water right now. But I'll post a pic up later for the hell of it even though I'm not cut or anything.
Not sure yet. Haven't given them much of a chance. But so far they feel great once I'm done with the terrible burning/pump I get. My tendons are hurting still but I'm able to work through the pain.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

start with your hips higher. losing a lot of tightness by starting the pull before you are in the correct position.

Noticed the same things as the others with your setup, looks like you're setting up for a power clean or something with your hips so low. Careful with the jerking, the last rep you started the pull with your elbows bent. Still a strong f'in pull man. You're a beast and it's awesome watching you progress, keep up the good work man.

I think upping my squat caused that. Thanks bro I agree.
Nah the only thing I was doing wrong is jerking too much. There is a world class powerlifter who starts low like that. I will have the same tightness regardless.
Thanks bro, nah that's 575 @ top looool
Haha, that's just my style. I agree on the jerking. Thanks bro
lol would like to try but I would rather keep hitting the squats and deads as hard as I can.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

225+ I'm holding water and I feel like I look like crap but I'm posting this up because it was requested. I'm not pumped at all here, no shadows, no flexing, etc. Just a random pic. That's a size 34-36 swimsuit that I can barely fit into lol. I absolutley hate how small my arms look because of the angle. Arms are 17+ and forearms are around 15. Just shows how much of a bitch it is to fill out a 6+ ft frame. I have been stuffing my face with whatever I want for over 4 years now. Some meals 2k+ and most days around 4-5k. Metabolism is high and I move a lot.
No cutting until I hit the 600 DL.

Sick stuff dude. Looking pretty joocy too. You don't get to complain about "filling out a big frame though"... deawithit*******.jpg
Watch yourself if your tendons are really starting to squawk man... I know you don't kill yourself the way that you used to but old habits prob. die hard.
Stay safe bro.

Now hook me up with some HGH and roids you prostitute twat licker.
lol nice to see you in here bro.Yeah my tendons have been sore but nothing terrible. I'm keeping them at about the same soreness. Thanks man.

Thanks. Needs more imo. I've been meaning to get back into power shrugs but my lower back has just been shot lately.
14% ??? That's why I didn't wanna put up the pic because I look small. If I cut sub 10% I would look way bigger.

14% is still good. I'm about 16-17 now and I still have abs, just little of a gut lol. getting better though. When I was most ripped I was 12%. You'd still look good at 230, you look good now. but of course, everyone looks better cut, but you're doing good
