Wow, dude.....I think your physique crushes mine, but hey, glad I could be an inspiration for you . Need to borrow those 18" guns of yours for my frame.
Thanks for the props guys! I think when you look in the mirror everyday, you get a little jaded; I was seriously feeling like I had let myself go. You guys are great!

When your not training or running just know no matter what some place someone is doing one more set or one more mile. Stay motivated!!!

Thanks Larry!!
Now only if I can get my calves to respond as well as them. I'm trying a new approach... we'll see how it goes.
I have been concentraiting in my legs and delts more than anything the past few years. My delts were just meh, alright but I think they are looking a bit more full. Thanks for taking the time to comment. It really helps drive me towards my goals.
I had the pleasure to meet Matt a few years ago...
He has made TREMENDOUS progress since then. He deserves a lot of props for hard work bein done!!!!!!! SRS!Every day counts.

Looking fantastic everyone!! Thanks for sharing and inspiring others!
Fuzzy IPhone bulk pic. I'm up to 148lbs!!! I just can't say no to the cookies. Of course, being the mutant that I am... I can gain 23lbs and still have some semblance of visible abs.
