I learned today that 85% singles followed by heavy 4" snatch grip deads for reps is a recipe for back rounding.
Other than that, doing calf work is more DOMS than a squat session, looks like my recovery is improving greatly. Going for a small PR on friday
EDIT: gf told me my beard is getting "scraggly"

I'm constantly on caffeine. I took something different tonight though. I usually take 2-3 900mg guarana pills which is about 200mg caffeine each. I took one tonight and one packet if a gamma labs preworkout sup. I did finally fall asleep though some time around 3am but of course as soon as I really hit a deep sleep my son just woke me up with his nightly I need tucked back in routines. Time to read myself back to sleep again before he wakes me back up...

I think when i stopped squatting in hs i was squatting like 450 but like a inch or so high but after SL and madcows i think im like 460ish but actually going to depth now. I only deadlifted like 5 times in hs and i only did like 450 i think im like up 120lbs now. bench maybe 5-10 at most ive only did 335 tng in hs and 320 pause now. good programs though
