Hey!!! I am 13 years old and I weigh about 113 lbs as of October 15th. I am also 5' 6". Ppl at my school (even my older bro) called me frail or "skin and bones" and Weak. But I wanna turn around. I want at least some strength and to look pike I have actual shoulders. Plus my stomach kinda hangs out...... I want some muscle but I'm not asking to be super buff. I want my dad to look at me and think that he has another strong son. And I wanna lift something by the end of the school year. Plus I wanna look strong for when I finally ask a girl out or to dance. Thanks!!!

Eat more food, and you will gain weight. Do some weight exercise, and that weight will be muscle. If you eat more and DON'T do weight exercise, it will be fat.
That's pretty much how it works.
Try doing some bench press for chest.
Overhead press for shoulders
Get on chinups early, they get harder as you get older. they widen your back, making you more manly (lats)
Uhm, do a few curls, some bent over rows, and you should be sweet.
Do some squats with light weight, and work up slowly, don't hurt yourself.Hey, check it out, baby!

It's all about how you carry yourself bro. I know some guys who are 15 and scrawnier than you. They just act confident despite their stature. If you are self conscious, then it would be a good idea to start lifting, just don't be intimidated by others. You don't even have to tell anyone you're going to gym because when you're older and 10x more jacked than them, theyll be sorry.

all bout workin out and eating dude, maybe you can stay after school and workout at school if you have a weight room? or if theres a gym near you you can sign up? or even ask your parents for some bowflex dumbbells for christmas.. and also eating you dont wanna eat to to much because your still young your growing on your own i would say a solid breakfast lunch and dinner maybe some almonds or some fruits in between

when ur balls drop, u start looking at girls butts, your voice cracks, you become mature, and you grow hair you are in puberty THAT IS WHEN YOU SHOULD LIFT
in the mean time, EAT and do Body resistance exercises like Push ups and/ Wrestling exercises and drills will make you VERY TONED and Strong! google for them

but srsly, once you start growing (height) just make sure you eat A LOT to get a big frame/base. at your age now, even if you lift heavy you probably won't get that big (due to lack of puberty growth hormones)
once you get a good base probably ~16 years old, start lifting/following the routines people post on this forum and you'll see results.
