Your adonis belt is showing up nicely. Abs and legs are showing definition. I'd say you can't ask for much better than that!!!
You have some good squat numbers, do you feel like that tires you out for the rest of the workout? What kind of rests do you take between sets and exercises?

as for the leg workout, when i'm done performing squats i feel i can do more but as my workout goes on by the time i am done i'm dead! rest wise i give myself 3-4 min when it comes to lifts like squats, deadlifts, leg press not so much on bench. Journal is looking good - nice reviews on both JUGGERNAUT formulas. Focus seems to be a little better with the original version - I get a better pump from JUGGERNAUT HP and if I go at least 1 1/2 - 2 scoops energy is about the same. I'm thinking of possibly mixing one scoop of each and see what that does for me.Certified Personal Trainer
