Looks good Link. Sucks about the skullcrushers.
If you have access to db's, one arm db extensions lying on the floor/bench are more comfortable.

Should protein shakes be mixed with milk or water?
Never mix protein shakes with milk, unless you dont have casein protein...
Milk contains different type of protein than whey protein so they counteract with each other and are digested at different times. Some protein would not get into your system and the rest would need few good hours to be digested.

Nice squatting, nice benching, nice flying, nice GMing, sucks about the skulls. I'd either try them on a decline or take Vic's advice and do a different exercise if they're bothing your elbow.

Thanks Vic. I thought about doing something simple like skulls and it killed my left arm. I will try what you suggested.

I basically follow #29 with the exception that I do singles at 90% of my 1RM. Tuesday is squat, Thursday is deadlift, and Saturday is bench. I start out at 4 singles and then make my way to 8 at the same weight for the 4 weeks of #29. If I am successful with all of them I will raise the weight and do the same thing all over again.

I like the idea of singles with 90% man. Its like what ChaseT is doing with his 4 main lifts. Seems to be workign well.
