Just find anything with a good Urea, Lactic Acid, or Alpha Hydroxy content. Mine isn't really "under control" since I always forget to use the stuff, but once I learned how common it is/how it's not actually acne I stopped worrying as much.
Also, sun exposure/tanning makes it go away too... but of course there's the whole radiation thing.
Here are some lotions you can try:
Lactic-acid lotions (AmLactin, Lac-Hydrin)
Alpha-hydroxy-acid lotions (Glytone, Citrix glycolic body lotion 15%)
Urea creams (Carmol 10, Carmol 20, Carmol 40, Urix 40)
Salicylic-acid lotions (Salex 6%)
Also just use some salycilic acid toner on it after showers before applying the creams.
Be sure to work it into the skin really well 1-2 times per day."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

i always just thought i was weird, will look into this
You are not a fragile ornament ready to collapse into an exhausted mass of goo simply because you squatted more than once in a 7-day week.
It'd be like preparing your entire life to bang 100 chicks in a row, getting tan, hitting the gym, making sure your hair looks right and reading the Kama Sutra, only to realize when you get there that you're gay and cannot get hard in the presence of women.

Awesome thread reps owed,
I have a question (I know pratically nothing when it comes to dermatology):
This happens mostly in thigh region but can happen in Tricep region(basically areas that are mostly covered with clothes)
My hair growth in those regions have a hard time breaking through the skin and causes red bumps or at least tiny red area. In other words ingrown hairs everywhere, anyone have any info?
I heard exfoliation in those areas will help it but it don't think that will solve any core issues and it doesn't seem viable to exfoliate such big areas on the daily(I'm a dood so i probably won't do that)
I'm thinking about my keratin production is FK'dSeek truth and reason
