Whats up folks. I'm gonna be doing some vertical rope climbing and i was wondering what exercises would help prepare me for this event.

believe it or not there's actually a rope climbing machine.

To focus on the back muscles for rope climbing try 3 sets of pull-ups and 3 of chin-ups, alternating.
Pull-up
Chin-up
Pull-up
Chin-up
Pull-up
Chin-up
All close grip. You're switching out the arm muscles but using mostly the same back muscles.
Static DB holds or Farmer Carry for grip.
Oh, and Rope Climbing...I'm not saying we should kill all the stupid and lazy people, just that we should eliminate warning labels and welfare, let the problem take care of itself.
