Question What should I mix creatine with?

I recently bought Optimum Nutrition's Micronized Creatine Powder, and I am having problems where to mix it. I tried mixing it with milk and nothing seemed to happen. I've read about this and found out that it is best to mix it with grape juice. I don't have grape juice around so is it okay if I mix it with artificial grape juice? Powdered ones to be exact. If not powdered grape juice, what else should i mix it with? Should water do the trick? Thank you in advance for your help!

I take the same creatine. Mixing it with water works well for me. Never mixed it with anything else.

anything with sugar will work fine (milk was an awful choice, mixing milk with protein is a great choice, not so much with creatine). I mix creatine with Xtend and my pre and water to get a nice mixture. V8 splash berry medley + fp celltech + grape Xtend + tp Jack3d= out of this world delicious

Put one scoop on your tongue. Wash down with beverage of choice. Creatine Monohydrate has absolutely zero taste and this is by far the easiest way to take it.

Everyone who has said you needz the sugar probably don't realize that you need 75-90 grams of glucose to make an impact and it would only be helpful if you are loading or haven't used creatine very long.
