One of my best friends is Asian and he is a complete genetic freak. Amazing at soccer, boss at running/sprinting, strong as **** for his weight, about 5-6% BF (not just saying that either), pro at everything he tries, complete girl magnet etc etc.

I see some really big ass asians sometimes at my gym, then I also see those really really skinny asians..I think its really just genetics

anyways I actually tried out my first test booster about a month ago

You're making a pretty broad generalization here. Don't immediately blame no gains on testosterone. There's a million things that can affect their gains.

But I do see your point. Aren't men who are more feminine more attractive in Asia? (Aware me if wrong)

Actually he's not 100% asian, but pretty close. I still have yet to see a full-on asian that gets dem coxasion(yes aware I spelled it wrong) girls.

It's just breaking the metabolism we have really.. I started off a very hard gainer, then I started eating.. and wala. Of course, I'm still a toddler on here compared to most but in person I'm bigger than most dudes my age.

its harder for me to get white girls obviously but once you play the odds you win. IE.. talking to 15 girls a night. guaranteed one of them is either ambivalent to race or drunk. bwahaha.


also i dont think asians naturally have less test... its a result of culture and diet. A lot of asians don't eat enough protein in their diet - if you look at ACTUAL traditional chinese food (not Americanized take out food) there is very little protein.

so i mean white kids from like age 6 are eating steak and potatoes and asian kids are eating like rice and stirfry w/ small bits of chicken in it.... of course we're going to be smaller.

also like 85% of asians are lactose intolerant so the lack of milk rocks us.

theres this really skinny asian kid at my school gym and it makes no sense with the weight he lifts. His arms are the size of his wrist in like all areas so I guess its gotta be 10" or less. So with his 10" arms he can curl 45lbs and it just makes no sense cause he has like no muscle on him at all. He could be taking roids but the fact that hes so skinny makes me think he isnt. And i think its genetics with asian low test levels.

Most northern Asian cultures like China, Japan, and Korean are generally "smaller" since their traditional foods consist of a lot of rice and vegetables. Southern Asian like Laos, Cambodia, and the exception of Filipino are generally bigger since our traditional foods consist of rice, vegetables, and most of all meat.

I'm Laos and as far as I can remember growing up, my mom would mostly cook some type of beef, chicken, pork, or fish as a main entree and other things on the side like vegetables and rice. I have no problem putting on size, but the hard part is getting lean lol.

blaming slow progress on race... so 18kg gain in 3 years cos of genetics....
