Need a good workout for tonight

I feel adventurous, I have a situp bench that is slightly declined. 2 10kg dumbells and basically a small space..

I normally do these types of things:

    Knee to Chest
    Cross Over Running Plank
    Running Plank
    Upright Leg Kicks
    Alternating Leg Ups
    Side Leg Raises
    Lateral Raises
    Forward Raises
    Overhead Dumbbell
    Hammer Curls
    Shrugs
    Lunges
    Standing Calve Press
    Star Jumps
    Jumps
    Vertical Military Dumbbell Press
    1 Arm Swings
    Russian Twists
    Push up to Pull Ups
    Dips
    Sit Ups
    Bicep Curls
    Crunches
    Oblique Crunches
    Reverse Crunches
    Push Through Crunches
    Toe Crunches
Push ups - Normal - Triangle
    Squats
    Dumbbell Press

But Im wanting to change it up a bit, just getting a bit bored atm, so got any good 1's I can add? Or swap? do? how many reps and how many sets do you think I should be doing? xD?

Good grief man, stop flailing around like that.

Lift heavy weights to preserve muscle mass, on a program like Starting Strength. Why this program? Read this.
