Yeah chicken leg soup with a side of choc cheesecake please!
Have never felt worse squatting, wt felt so easy was just trying not to puke/pass out lulz. At least I have a home gym, I figure if I was gonna puke then just aim for dat laundry sink, then continue sets lol.
Gonna Google that.
Pretty sore yes, I love that feel, I really do!
Lol that shirt is so weirdly proportioned. I got a Large yet the sleeves are sooo short, makes me look pretty jacked, it's that SoftStyle cotton too, very easy on the nose.
That's where I pour the Lipton up my nose? I'm unsure how you do that and don't drown in tea? Someone aware me, I have a teapot and instant rasp Lipton right here srs.
Chest Day today! Just having some foodz and getting some stuff done for work. Gotta stop taking this Nyquil to sleep cause I can't wake up! I have a bunch of tiny holes on my rear delt from the cat smacking me trying to wake me up for food. (They have food out 24/7 but get a special canned tuna cat food breakfast, ah first world cat problems.) May just take some melatonin tonight. The Nyquil is giving me more disturbing dreams than I ever got from melatonin. Hitting like 95% sleep efficiency with either method though.
Photobucket gonna photobucket, fixed rotation 5x, oh well.

A neti pot looks like a small tee pt. You can use a salt solution or iodine in it. You tilt your head forward and to the side and pour the liquid thru one nostril and it comes out the other one. It sucks but it works. Love making my kids do it. They complain and make all kinds of fuss. Kinda fun.

Nothing too noteworthy, still sick but didn't feel as bad as yesterday. Bench session was not up to standards IMO, not sure if it was sucky because I've been sick for a couple weeks or because I'm on a cut. Lost a pound this week but I really care way more about lifts lol, sooo tempted to do a bulk. I'll have to see how things go when I'm feeling 100% again. Not lifting tomorrow, have a whole list of boring stuff I need to take care of, plan on going to LTF Tuesday for a leg iso day and maybe some bonus pullups ooooo ahhhhhh.Current PRs:

BOOM - PRs everywhere! This is the first day in about 3 weeks where I've felt significantly better srs. Still coughing and congested but less than the last few days. Was able to do things with a lot of effort and not nearly pass out due to a coughing rampage. Workout took over 2 hrs due to 10+ work related calls and texts srs. Now before all you anti cell phone people in the gym get all weird on me let me say I have the sound completely OFF on my phone, and when I call/text people back I actually step out of the gym into a hallway/common area so as to not bother anybody in the gym. And no I do not have the luxary of turning off my phone for an hour and a half while I workout. If I don't get back to some of these calls asap I will end up with people completely stuck until they hear from me, vehicles broken down, or pissed off customers srs. I am on call 24/7 and yes, yes I do get people calling me at 3am waking me up, or texting me on a Sat at midnight to ask me the dumbest question in the history of the universe that could have easily waited until Monday, and people that decide they need to call me 3x in 5min because I didn't answer the first time since I am trying to take a dump in peace. Yes it is like having a mentally challenged five year old child with me 24/7. So if you see me in the gym with my iphone balanced on my shaker bottle keeping an eye out for missed calls, do not judge and automatically give me the stare of death, rather, raise your bro fist in the air in support and yell HAM ON!
This workout was truly awesome.Current PRs:

Awe Hammie! I'm sorry you still feel sick! Glad that you are feeling better though, these flu/colds from hell are taking forever for people to get over.
Awesome job on getting the workouts in even though you probably feel like death. At least you have cell phone etiquette unlike most fukwads that insist on sitting on a machine texting/talking on the phone. Kitty bro fist bump!
I am totally jelly of your sleep Ham, I would love to sleep more than an hour at a time Might need to pawn the little one off when he's old enough and spend a weekend sleepingIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Congrats on the Pullup PR, still jelly you can do them. As for the cell phone thing, I would absolutely bertstare you....That is until you did the right thing and took it "outside" to answer it. Then, I would actually give a small headnod of approval. lol. I actually have a new gym shirt from ironville clothing that reads "Shut your damn phone off and lift!" Probably my biggest gym pet peeve. But you still get a fist bump because you do the right thing and go somewhere else to take the call. Sucks that your work dictates some of your training sessions though. Srs, I wish I had a wet towel so I could pop some of these freaking people on their cell phones while pretending to be on the elliptical or whatnot. Grrrr.

Thanks Vanessa, haha yeah I have taken more DayQuil in 3 wks than I have in the last 5 yrs. :/
BOOM!
Feeling decent today for once, I think it's somewhat going away, hope I can do without the Nyquil by this weekend. LOL at fistbump cat bumping my fist. You need a nap of epic proportions.
Yeahhhh, well I only weigh 160.2 so hellz yeah I should be banging out these pullups, easier than when I was 180. By my calculations if I hit 155lbs I will be able to do 137 pullups. lulz
Yes, yes I do. It makes me want to sprint through the locker room flexing at random people yelling Do you even pullups?!
Lol thank you aybee!
You mad lol.
I am!
Haha, a 160lbs of ham is going up easier and easier. Must be my 5 eggs/day plan. I have my own strength plus I resorb the strength of 5 baby chickens every day, resulting in of course: Super Ham. Ham biology, not even once.Current PRs:
