Alright its plain n simple- which one? Both are same price, I don't know which to get. And please, nobody come in here telling me take mono or bashing kre-alkalyn, i have tried different creatines and now I am trying kre-alkalyn. Thank you

Well, I really wonder how one gonna work better than the other since it's the same creatine from same company. Plain old KA, no other added ingredients so both would work the same.
