How to tighten up loose skin?

Not sure if I use the right word, but how can I tighten up loose skin? I lose my weight quite drastically and there's flabby part on my thighs, hips and under my arms.

skin will tighten back up within the next year. I have heard of pills or some kind of lotion you can rub on your skin, don't know much more than that.

It depends on how much loose skin you have. To a degree, some will tighten up with time. Developing muscle tissue helps "get rid" of the problem in realtion. However, if you have a lot, surgery may be needed.

Some people have tried vitamin E cream to try and tighten it up...I don't buy into it but each to their own.

Gain muscle will do it most of the time, but some people need surgery.

Morbidly obese people usually need the surgery since most will lose the weight really fast without an emphasis on muscle. Even so, some can get away without the surgery by using strength training.

So yeah, what you said is true. OP, look into doing some weight lifting before thinking about surgery. If you're set on getting surgery, then go for it. I hope everything works out for you.
