    How much protein is in sperm???...

    I had this discussion with a friend the other day (don't know how it got started). But having sex everyday, you lose sperm and all that good stuff, and ive always heard there is lots of protein in there, so wouldn't effect your gains slightly by losing protein and having to make up extra for it in your diet when bodybuilding?

    id assume it would have no effect on your gains whatsoever except for the possible fatigue caused by too much sex. sperm is being produced around the clock whether or not you purge your supply.. its not like you process it into muscle tissue if you dont use it

    It does impact testosterone levels. Studies have shown that men who ejaculate often have slightly lower free testosterone levels than those who don't. I personally wouldn't worry about it.

    actually fructose doesn't spike insulin worth jack ****...

    Just because it's a simple carb doesn't mean it will spike insulin. If my memory serves be correctly, the only thing that spikes insulin less than fructose is dietary fibre.

    dont worry about the protein loss, the biggest problem is how it definately weakens/tires u down after a load is blown
    definatelt not the time to be lifting afterwards, hence all pro athletes are told never to have sex before an event
