    Should I workout my forearms?

    Just want some feedback
On thus area if my arm... Do you work out your forearms(specific exercises)? If you do, would you work them out during your back&bicep day or chest&tricep day? Or lower body?

Probably back/bicep day, after deadlifts. I used to work my forearms but haven't in ages.

Also, strong rep power to post ratio.

Don't worry about your forearms for now. Deadlift, it will give you strong forearms.

Just do 3-5 sets of barbell wrist curls around 10 reps each set and try to go up in weight... And presto, you'll get forearms.

I work mine, but on days that I don't do workouts that really rely on them.
I do wrist curls on days I do legs and chest when my forearms aren't tired already and I can go deeper in my rep count before I have to stop.
    But to each his own

Deadlifting ain't going to give as much hypertrophy as working them out individually siiighhh ppl who think deads will give them 15''+ forearms. Sure they'll grow but not as fast i guess.

Plus. Big forearms indicates you lift and your a monster.
Mine stand at 13" and they stand out..but i mean stand out lolz

Yes, you should. I do them on my leg/bi day: hammer curls, bb wrist curls behind my back, and reverse wrist curls.
