"Eating chips and cookies and drinking soda is just like wandering through life. These are the agents of a purposeless existence. Avocados, turkey burgers, brown rice and eggs etc are the agents of a purposeful existence." - orderoutofchaos, The Internet, 2014

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

>Implying you need to increase weight to progress. Progress with numbers maybe.
As long as you hit failure at rep 15 idgaf.
Lulzy example: the hodgetwins just released their transformation video (which kind of sucked but thats not the point) it showed them skinny as hell 2 years ago benching 225 and db pressing 120's. The same exact thing they're doing now but they're twice as thick.
Steroids or not, you're muscle doesn't know math, it knows how hard it's hit.
Give me a guy obliterating his muscle every week that diets right with moderate weight, and then give me a guy who does 5x5. Prepare to lol at 5x5

I've built delts of peace with 10 pounders. Its not about the weight.
Going from 60 seconds to 50 seconds rest in between sets is progression. Going from 50 seconds to 40 seconds is progression. Going from 1 second to 2 second negatives is progression. Going from 10 reps to 12 reps with the same weight is progression.
Weight lifting not even once.
Don't you think its ironic that Mr. Safety is always on the injured reserve?
People get hurt sleeping the wrong way.. sometimes chit just happens.

I don't know if I'd want to get grapefruit juice in my p-hole. If I were horny for a fruit, I am sure I could think of something better.

I just learned something.
I'm extremely bad at simple math when under intense pressure.
Brb took like a minute to figure out if a pack of 4 pencils is .24 cents, how much is one and a half dozen.
1 1/2 dozen = 18 pencils = 4.5 packs = 4.5 times .24 cents = 1.08.
I had to use a calculator, and that even took a second of thinking longer than it should have about what to multiply. I'm only quick when I write it down as I go.
FML I'm stupid.

I know EXACTLY what you mean. Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I'm talking about?

She probably squats more than me. I think I can bang out 95 pounds 15 times on a good day.
But I haven't even bulked yet, rofl. My legs are beyond untrained. Just above my knee my legs are 14.8 inches and they taper up to 21.5. (And I'm fat)
My arm is bigger than the lower half of my quad.

there are not enough reaction images in the world that would express my feels for this. When i hurt my back i couldnt even do 85 and my world came crashing down around me. Im back up to 205 for 12x3 and i think 260 5x3, still down from 295
If i saw you in the gym i would walk up and hug you whilst patting you on the back.
