If anything, countries without an equivalent of America's FDA regulatory scheme to get in the way of (legal, mind you) accessibility to drugs (or certain grades of drugs) via doctors (or hell, even over the counter, as in Thailand where steroids are sold as such) may provide its citizens with advantages not shared by Americans. Namely, ease of access to certain types and/or grades of pharmaceuticals. That much, I know for sure. I just remember reading, specifically, that Big Ramy has a unique benefit from accessibility to really uber-quality pharmaceuticals in the Middle East that are either not available or not easily accessible in the U.S. via the legal pharmaceutical market. Something like that. Whatever. Maybe it's true, maybe not, or maybe somewhere in-between.

Ramy is a very humble guy. he is just happy to be able to complete on the O stage. hes even said hes grateful just to be compared to the top pros of today and just wants to show what he has. his physique is everything needed to win the title, he just has a lot of learning to do. if he gets it down, he can steal the crown.
