When should I take my Kre-Alkalyn?

I usually workout around 4 or 5 pm, and I have been hearing so many different times to take it and how many capsules I should take.

So, whats is the best time to take kre-alkalyn? and how many capsules each time??

3-5g of creatine monohydrate (1g per 40lbs bodyweight) per day ~5 days a week, no need to cycle and no need to load.

Well.. that doesn't really answer my question. when is the best time to take it? How many capsules should i take each time? And should i take them on rest days?

My pre workout already has creatine, so I just take kre-alk post (2 caps). If you aren't using a pre just take 2 before and 2 after. No need to take it on off days IMO
