Which is better? taste n all and is the hydo whey a good bit better for builiding muscle or in the end is it all kinda of the same? i can get them for the same price and just woundering which to get, thanks. happy thanksgiving.

Hydrolyzed whey is the most "superior" whey in that it is broken down the most and easiest for your body to absorb. I dont use it simply because of the price issue so if you can get either go for the platinum.

look for reviews. i forgot where i saw it but i think it was on bb.com and there was a review breaking down the differences between them and the evidence didnt seem very substantial. the truth is they both work its just how much you want to pay

I got samples of the platinum from ON, and in my opinion the Gold Standard tastes better.
