    Let me know how you like them brats. I like to chop mine up and fry them alongside my bacon. I let em get crispy then add some cheese occasionally, along with ranch and hot sauce. Delish!

    I did alright last night.
    -about 6pm had some 3 lil doughnut sticks
    -8pm some chips and salsa and quesadilla
    -9pm a twix bar

    Didn't feel the insulin binge that I used to get which I hope means better hormone regulation. Wanted to have carb meal done sooner but I bought my wife a new car,

    -morning carb weight is 233. Not feeling like crap like when I tried a full day carb load.

    Gotta see how the stats look at the end of the week, but I like the feel of the routine already.

    I hit it hard on the 24th. good stats check and such. going to take the 25th as a carb day and rehit a skd for 2-3weeks. I have a very active job(deliveru coordinator/puller for a major lumber company) so that will help both with reastablishing the keto and loosing the last bit of chub. Hope to have ideal cut done by middle of january.

    -2pm bench workout(bench, dips, close grip bench, band punches)
    -6pm 4 circuits MMA(20min) then 12x3m rounds mma sparring with my bros.

    -almost caught my leg trip a few times, gotta work on the instincts and timing
    -my trick pawing straight landed several times. also got a tko with a leg kick(guy was so much faster on his feet but ran into my leg shot to the point he sat out a round)
    -landed my slipping overhand a good few times. Progress!!!!

    12/1 day 6 SKD

    SPECIAL (12/2)
    -redid stats this morning(12/2)(after a long nights sleep) came in at 225 with pinches at 14p/18.5a/18t putting that in my calculator gives me 15.12% which is nuts as far as a weekly change
    -12/1s stats were after a late night meal with little sleep.....
    -also did alot of sweating on 12/1s cardio, might explain total four pound drop.
    -lift strength has stayed consistent throughout the week(actually squats seem to be getting better).
    -not sure, but maybe its just water loss has skewed my pinches???
    -their is progress being made here, I just think i am tracking it accurately
    -progress pics attached, let me know if you think the 12.1 pic looks like 15%
