its my latest discovery. after a rough workout and a rough day, I take a pill around 8 PM. Really, really helps you unwind. Puts me in a terrific mood, I get a lot more social and positive, and very relaxed. Picamilon + good music works wonders for putting you in a sweet mood

Nothing like it. Phenibut makes me relaxed as in chilled-out. Picamilon makes me relaxed as in my worries go away, but I'm wide awake, energetic even. But the nice thing is, Picamilon is stim-free, and doesnt have a dependency issue like Phenibut.

I have to say this multivitamin I am taking right now, Dr. Feel Good, it really does make me feel good. Definitely has some large impact on my mood. I also seem to think more clearly.

Thanks for the offer..I will rain check this until after August when I get my blood redone. I got a screwy Thyroid panel back and then a week later a perfectly good one. I'm seeing an actualy Endo now as my GP jumped the gun wrote a script for Synthroid for a TSH of 5.xx.

Currently not taking anything but Creatine and Protein until this gets worked out.
