Most Effective Protein Powder You've Used For Someone With GI Issues?

Anyone out there have GI issues and found an agreeable protein powder that has worked for you?

I have not found one protein powder that has really agreed with me. I have used several different whey's including isolates with the lactose taken out, egg proteins and casein's have been awful. I tried a couple of tubs of beef protein powder and that wasn't too bad. I thought I was lactose intolerant like many people, but I may have something more going on like an allergy to milk itself.

I have begun taking expensive probiotics to see if that would help.

Please don't say just eat more protein foods because my appetite is not the greatest and it would be impossible for me to do that right now.

Egg and beef protein bother you too? Then I don't think it's just the lactose causing an issue...

Do whole food proteins bother you?

Look into Gut Health, helps out a LOT of people that have GI sensitivities yet aren't lactose intolerant.
