Timing and snacking is what need I need to start cleaning up in a week, need to get the PB intake in check. It is sad to say that I still eat a very clean diet since the show but good to say that I dont think I will need to start the hard dieting until 12 weeks from contest. I am only up 7lbs according to my scale in 6 weeks since the show and I would like to take that back off plus another 5 this time.

Where r u off Elmwood, we might be neighbours lol?
Went to the Y for a while, always packed. Free weight section is packed, hard to do what you want, always waiting lots of machines and caardio though and they do have the pool and all the extras if you want that. I work out at home now but will be going to Global in the new year, they're open 24 hrs and since i'm on shift work, that works for me.
will look into deep tissue very soon, back still hurting a lot, esp in the mornings...takes me a few hrs to get stretched out and moving without too much pain
^^^this^^^gave me HUGE calves too
My wife just finished making 137 peanut butter balls for family/friends christmas baskets she puts together...heaven help me lol
Evening all, in for another backshift tonight...thank goodnesss for COFFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL.E.O.

Of course my least favorite activity would be the one that is best for me
Haven't tried it but read the link. My squat form is getting better so I think I'm going to add them back in. I love squats anyway.
Yes, I have. I don't go light weight, high rep. I use about 70-80% of 1RM on high reps.Being weak is a choice. So is being strong.

I'm optomistic that you will see great results, heres a stretch I do every morning during or after i shower, then again after training.
The trick is to go deeper into it and as your hammys loosen up and you will begin to feel it more throughout your back. Goodluck bro!

Riggs you can take that one step further if you like. There is a yoga move where you can place your hands palms up under your feet. It stretches out wrists and forearms as well as the back. The looser your hammies get the more you will be able to straighten your legs (to which I am no where near straight legged yet)
