So i was pretty stoked about another new low this AM and went ahead and sent in my pictures and report to Berto before my morning clients so I figured i would go ahead and pot my pictures in here now before I do my cardio.
My front pose is still my worst pose, but i think the others are slowly getting better! Luckily I still have 15 weeks

Long time lurker here. Just saw Matt Ogus shout you out on YouTube. I am sure you will get heaps of new subscribers flowing in today.
7 pull-ups is so impressive. I have just started getting bodyweight chin-ups out in 5 sets of 3. I will work up to pull-ups one day
Your midsection has pulled in a lot, you look great, keep it up!
