Been seeing great gains everywhere but my arms and calves the last month or two, I don't think its a diet issue as the scale is going up and I'm getting bigger.
Been doing a full body 3x a week, hitting bi's&tris/calves with one exercise each time. Should I up it to two exercises a session or what?
