What kind of macros should i run if i do IF? 300g of protein, 500g carbs, 0g fats
Can it be a 9 hour window instead of 8? as long as you don't eat carbs before the 7th hour, you are ok

I ended up going to the gym today to squeeze out a workout before 8 and I guess a lot of young guys work out at my gym too. I work out 99/100 in the mornings and it is all old people. Anyways, I had to work my legs because I counted 13 dudes in the gym and the only free area was the leg section. I think they all thought I was ******* for working my legs. Some of them were like 170 pounds wearing singlets or whatever they are called. Reminded me of bullrider. Then there was this other guy that had like 11 inch calves and a decently developed upper body. My legs aren't even that bad and I've never wore shorts in the gym because I'm embarrassed they aren't swole.
