Haha. I never really strech chest, although I need to. But I started doing a little rotator cuff work the day of chest day or after. I don't really try to do much before max, just a small warmup then some warm up sets. But after when I do rotator cuff work, I'll do high rep sets with a 5 lbs plate.

Friggen awesome mate. Nice pressing strength!
Kyle above also strong lifting. Have to ask though is that squat to legal depth (past parallel)? Seems odd that your raw squat would be 50 above your deadlift. Very unusual but not unheard of.Last edited by klaery; 12-28-2012 at 05:12 AM. Reason: Spellering

Yeah, it's pretty narrow. It's thumbs distance away from the beginning of the knurling (if that makes sense lol). I don't bench in competition, but I feel going a more narrow grip, especially when heavy, hits the triceps pretty well. And when doing overhead presses, you can use leg drive to get the weight up quite a bit then triceps can do the rest of the work. Something along that logic lol

At 19 yrs old, that's insane. All the props in the world. With your narrow grip, yeah, it hits triceps more. You may be able to push more weight if you widen your grip a tad bit. I'm into powerlifting as well. I'm interested in your routine. Maybe we could learn from eachother. I'm on my way to break the bench press world record at 165.

Not to steal the purpose of this thread but I didn't start doing the major lifts together. Used to never do squats or dl, then started squats and not dl, just started dl recently. I do go parallel though (not sure how deep you have to go) but next time I squat I'll record it and watch it. Looks pretty damn parallel though when i look in the mirror. Have always done ATG squats
