Is a 15 inch flexed arm big? I just had surgery for my torn labrum 3 months ago and I'm still recovering. Id like to think its big but when I loom down it looks small to me so I'm not sure

15 inch arms are great if you have a low body fat. However , if you're looking for size you can always get better.
ignore the other posts they're a bunch of retards.
People who have 18 inch arms but have a high body fat have nothing to brag about★★ Wishing everyone in this human experience eternal happiness and peace ★★

That depends on your weight and body fat. I actually have a friend who's 210lbs and 25%+ body fat, but only 14 inch arms ! So my point is that it could always be worse
But in general: No, 15inch arms are not great. I guess your arms are considered big when you have them at 17+inch with less than 14% body fat.

You also have to take biceps insertions into consideration. For instance you have really high insertions which adds a bit to your arms. But also very low bodyfat which is great. 15 inches isn't bad at 16, with under 10% bodyfat and with a sh*tty peak. I had 15 inches not too long ago, now somewhere above 16.2 at around 14-16% bf. But my arms are pretty good by average people's standards, high 14s not flexed.

Lol if you're asking me this then i'll say no. Guess everyone has to start off somewhere... Mine are 16.6 flexed bicep peak (no pump) and even i feel they're small.
