    Vascularity mean fat loss?

I've been doing a semi cut since like Mid December. Pretty much eating at 2400 cals a day so like a 400 cal deficit at minimum. Some days I eat my TDEE or 3000 max but usually I'm around 2500. Essentially this was to try and find my fat loss sweet spot. If my arms seem more vascular than before does that indicate fat loss? They get vascular when I lift but I'm seeing it more now while doing everyday stuff unlike before.

has to do with genetics really, even at 20% im pretty vascular, or rather was, not like id ever get over 15% ever again since that is morbidly obese%

Id say its person dependent as some people at low bf have to manipulate their diet to get it. For me I had vascularity showing in my arms above 20% bf, now at around 15% I have it in my arms, legs and waist area. I'm sure genetics plays a role in it also, but can be a sign of lower bf if you are naturally vascular.

Pretty Jealous of that, Around 15 I start to get somewhere.
OP -- it relies on a variety of factors. i worked a labour job with some quite overweight guys with forearms that looked like they were on a ~10% body fat pro in terms of vascularity.

He's not asking if vascularity = leanness.......................................... ........... Any specific person is completely irrelevant.
