came out like rubber, will try 350F 15 mins next time..
edit//just read up on it a little bit, was my mistake using only one layer of foil?** KNEE DRAGGERS UNITE **

First competition for most people is just to get a feel of it/mainly for the experience. Aside from that, most people are usually trying to beat their own PRs. Seems like you'd do okay though
Got 85x6 and x5 today. When will it be mine turn for 100s
I don't have the sauce..but it is one helluva gif..

most detrimental thing to my cut is my neighbor. nice elder spanish lady of peace
just brought down:
chicken drumsticks
mashed potatoes
corn
baked potatoes + a whole stick of butter and bacon bits
not even any particularly bad food, but it always seems to be after im done with my macros for the day. and its like 3-4 times a week.
brb cakes, cupcakes, candy
brb fried chicken
the only real benefit is she usually sends rice and i eat it all week and don't have to prep it myself.** Patriots Crew **

First time cutting. Right now about 171. Feel like I'm losing size and not fat. Maybe it's cause I'm not used to it, but pretty demotivating

I've got 16 weeks until the vacation I'd like to be pretty lean for. At any rate, I want to be shredded for at least some of the summer.
Tentative plan right now is to focus on lifting heavy and eating below maintenance (with relatively low carbs) for the first 8 weeks. For weeks 9-12 I plan to incorporate more significant cardio. Depending on how things are going, weeks 13-16 will probably involve similar cardio but maybe adding in sprints and a fat burner to help with any stubborn fat. It all depends on the mirror.
