I was wondering how I should set up my 5x5 around my game. My games are Thursday nights so do you think I would be ok with maybe Tuesday volume, Thursday light followed by game a few hours later then Saturday the intensity day? How should I set it up so that I can get stronger weekly but still have my legs for games?

Good idea not to lift on gameday, not the best idea to completely change to a bodybuilding routine.
You could try Saturday volume, Sunday light, and Tuesday intensity. That way you don't work out the day before a game, and you're not trying to do a hard workout the day after. Some programs even get rid of the light day, so you could possibly even do that.★★★USF MISC CREW★★★
