what's up guys, it's been awhile. I started Kris Gethin's 12 week transformation back in November. Currently, I'm in week 11. Going to Cancun next week. So far, I've lost 14lbs. my waist size went from a 32 to a 30. I'm happy with the results. After my vacation, i plan on doing the Shortcut to Size program.

My gym charges normal rate but with dat dere poverty equipment. No power cage/rack either.

I usually drink a 12oz black coffee prior to my workout but just wanting to see what other options are out there.

You can go with both bro. It won't be an overkill. T-booster helps with your libido, recovery, overall mood/aggressiveness.
Personally I like Craze but I tend to cycle off of it after I finish a bottle of it so I don't become caffeine tolerant.

Not trying to sell you stuff. But you can also try Force Factor BRX if you haven't used any pre-workout in the past.
Reason being, it only comes with 100mg of caffeine per scoop so that equals to about a cup of coffee.

I haven't done any testbooster but have tried many preworkout. My personal favor is Craze which a lot people like. Is like hit or miss. Either Craze will works awesome for you or it don't do jack from some people.

Look into Craze and also this new product out called Madness. Feedback is really good. I ordered a tub but haven't try it.
