Nothing you can do in that situation apart from calling the authorities and people who can cut the power supply to the tracks so the body can be retrieved.

I take the train everyday.....and spent a considerable amount of time in front of the tracks and always wonder about these situations.....I can't believe nobody went in to get him out when he was still standing right infront of the edge.......it boggles my mind.
