    Smile 15 inch arms on a 15 year old! Any good?

    Hey guys So my arms just hit 15 inches and im only 15! Im 6 foot. Would that be a good arm size for my age??

    I was trying to take a picture with the measuring tape but its to fkn hard to take a pic and hold the tape at the same time :/

    Btw im 182 lbs and i have hardly any fat on my arms.

    It wasnt that hard for me bro! I do chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs in order from monday to friday and i try to fit in some biceps on back day and some tri's on chest day. It really helps!!

    Yeah I make sure I do legs on a monday and go through the different groups til friday, with friday being muscles that need less work in comparison. Generally tired by then.

    Considering you said you had been going to the gym for 7 months and have a 12kg gain, tends to lead me to believe you have gained a lot of fat.
    That's 3.7lbs per month. That's a lot and not necessarily a good thing.
