Seems fine, I usually have 2 servings of whole wheat blend pasta by ronzini, 1 serving of that is 3/4 cup uncooked. So I get 360 cals, 14 grams protein, 4 grams fat, 12 grams of fiber, 82 carbs, 0 sugar and that's just from the pasta, I also have either a skinless boneless grilled white chicken breast, or a gortons grilled classic wild salmon fillet or a can of tuna with it and that is 2 hours AFTER my PWO Shake. Trust me your fine.

read the back of the bag and see what the nutrional label yields.. is it for dry/cooked?
bottom line are u getting in the amnt of carbs u need PWO? thats the serious question.. 2 cups cooked is prob going to give u plenty prob around 80+ or so ..
so i think ur perfectly fine if not ur getting too many but you can also manage this through the rest of ur macros for the rest of ur day
never a bad idea to carb up big after a workout
