Or does it just depend on what you buy/how often you eat it?

are you considering fiber? i think peanut butter nets like 2g carb or so per tablespoon. and 1 tablespoon is 100 calories.. so unless you are pigging out on the stuff i dont see what the problem is.

I too weigh out exactly 32 grams when I have some. And I NEVER have more than a serving a day. In that sense, I think it's fine for keto.
However. If you're innocently sneaking a spoon dip here or a finger lick there lol...it certainly adds up and becomes not so friendly...~Impatience never demanded success~

PB seems to stall me...but I eat it anyway. I'm addicted to Jiff extra crunchy. **sigh** I think I may be sensitive to peanuts. I talk about this a bit in the FAQ...peanuts are not nuts...they are legumes. For some reason people have varied reactions to them. I think it's because a lot of people have very mild peanut allergies...but that's just my two cents.

IF you show trace then your in ketosis.. the amount you show has no relevence.. as long as you show your good.. so i guess your serious enough.. diet cola can kick some people out of ketosis but if you can stay in by all means drink it
