I think it'd be awesome to own a small gym and train people out of it.
but i also think it would be very stressful.
read Steve Pulcinella's training log on EFS. sounds like there's some pain in the ass things you deal with on a regular basis

Jeez, how much are you charging a month for membership? $35? What is this, a nazi gym? lol Mirin' dat personal training revenue though.
Gotta go smaller! My dad came to the US in 1983 I think and still has his own companies (alarm and air conditioning). He's the only employee other than my cousin, brother, or myself working for him from time to time and my mom doing all the accounting stuff. Still makes like 6 figures in this bad economy and was making more a decade ago when everything was good. He's never wanted to actually hire employees because he wouldn't be able to trust them and thinks they would do jobs on the side using his equipment to make money for themselves.
EDIT:

I was amazed at how much a soak in a little detergent in how water cleaned up my sleeves. The water leftover was disgust.

Hey guys is this too much foward lean with the squat?
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post975909103
As of now Im going to add a 4th day to my weekly training routine which will consist of light front squatting, weighted planks, & other core/erector work to build core strength.

I'm just looking at inzers website. What are "groove briefs?"
Is that what a geared lifter is talking about when they say "added briefs?"
Basically does this have anything to do with me as a raw lifter?

agreed with takeittakeit.
I bought a pair. The sizing is wayyyy off.
And I didn't really get anything out of them other than discomfort. very little hip protection.
if you want briefs, ask one of the guys at the gym for an old suit, and cut the straps off or something.
I wear a suit with the straps down if my hips need some support, but I box squat often, I haven't seen you do them much so you're probably fine just being raw dog.

The rehband warm up pants are a good option for some hip support without offering any assistance to the lift. i squat in mine all the time and love them.

25% off sealed the deal for me finally getting real equipment to train with. Picked up a Christian's Fitness Factory strongman log and some squat stands today. 212 on the log out of a rack like it was nothing, then failed 232 miserably because I rushed it. I'm in love with this thing though.

Groove briefs are meant to be worn under a single ply suit in the uspa or old uspf. They don't offer much support and a pretty fukking painful. Seems like you're just getting interested in gear.......Get a single ply suit (for hip support of course ) and wear the straps down at first.
