Sorry to pull out so late but get a replacement in for me guys (Team WK). My strength isn't where I want it to be atm and I've really been neglecting the legs portion of my training lately. Plus I've got a lot of stuff coming up over the next month. If I stayed in the competition now, I'd just be doing it for the mod reps; I can't contribute to the team properly so get someone else who will work hard for it and has a bit more time on their hands.
Sorry to the guys on my team and good luck. Hopefully will check-in in around 2 weeks and see some of the winning videos.Workout Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168292533&p=1378041213#post1378041213

Imho this would have been a better competition if the teams werent so divided. i.e. 1 person 1 lift. Imho it should have been every person every lift... and the combined numbers would have determined the winner. That way people dont have to change their routines and everyone can have a benchmark of where they need to be in all places of their body.

I don't mind dropping if it's an issue. But my squat isn't as great as my deadlift. As of right now I only have a 400lb x3 squat atg and I'm probably about 206lbs on a morning weigh in. Working on improving my squat but legs are so big I can't really fit any of my jeans anymore so I'm kind of like uhhhhhhhhh what do do? haha but if it's a problem lemme know.

I honestly cannot say I haven't done anything over a 5 rep squat for over 300lbs in a very long time so I don't know. I do have leg day tomorrow and am squatting heavy I won't compromise that workout but I will squat what I would squat for the competition after my working sets and maybe that can give somewhat of an indicator if it would be a problem. I'll be completely honest; there's no point in being in a competition if the playing field isn't level.

okay i heard baby lover and baby slayer want to compete...oh and jay cutler just called he wants in on squats. doesn't matter if the comp ends tomorrow an advanced lifter shouldn't be able to join. we all did this for a reason, to compete against a level field. if i wanted to get wrecked id join an advanced tournament. i know its about the experience, not the first place position....but come on man have some damn standards.

Im so sorry guys, but my sore back turned out to be a partial tear in my lower lat, so im going to have to pull out as i cant even pick abit of paper of the ground without having to yell out, sorry for any inconvenience but you should have enough time to find someone else

sorry man, wasnt my fault, im still up for repping the winners though. and yes he probably is, i mean honestly, between agrier and whitekoala they would probably come close to winning just with their combined lifts, but ohwell, just means they cant complain if you pick up a 600+ puller

In my opinon make it a close competition. Do not recruit Agrier 1ntensity. let some other team have him. I would like to compete against him in deadlifts
Agreed its not fair. No offence.
But once teams are picked its fine in my opinion.
I mean the competition is how many days left? isn't it over on december 13th or something? not quite sure, but ya not too long left.
