Just so you know, running a log is one of the best ways to hold yourself accountable and really make strides.

As far as not having an avi, I hear you about being out of shape. I'm not where I want to be either, but we all have to start somewhere. Just think about how much more impressive your "after" pics will be if you you are out of shape right now.

You start a thread thanking the heavenly blessed beauty that is kate, you post pics of supps, say what your goals are. Then you update a few times a week, usually when you workout. Tell people how the supps help you workout, how they taste all that, you pretty much tell people what they should expect when they try the supplements. You also could post pics of yourself before and after so people can see how they effected your body.

Sure, just check out some of the other logs that are out there. You don't even know what Kate is going to send you, so don't be too nervous yet. Some things like protiens are more of an extended review where you give feedback on how you use it and what you think of it.

As far as the log, usually until the products run out which can be 1-2 months or so. I think you'll enjoy logging them though, as logs can be great for motivation when people are following along with your progress and giving you tips, advice, and motivation to reach your goals.

okay that's perfect if you're right. i have a little over a month left for gym access. i use the school's gym 3x a week and i will not have gym access for the entire winter break. i do have some equipment for a home gym though, some weights and a bench.

I believe you won a Foundation stack, which is a different line of supps that may include things like the whey and casein protein, glutamine, creatine and fish oil. Being your first log, this would probably be a great sort of stack to stat with.
