Cycling: Trails 2.30 hours
So I've been a little cranky the last few days.. and I'm not sure if the guys were trying to cheer me up with toys or get back at me but.. they filled my truck with toys today while I was out cycling tonight. So when I opened my truck door this huge avalanche of toys poured down over my head!! Sending bouncy balls all over the parking lot!!
I picked up three huge boxes of all these little toys! I have pooh's, bubbles, balls galore, magic tricks..lol.. just insane amounts of little toys!!

OMG.. I picked up three huge boxes of those toys! and that's just what fell out of the truck when I open the door! The entire cab was packed! Then today I go to throw my gym clothes in the tool box and realize that not only was truck packed but my tool box in the bed was packed to!
My kids thought it was hilarious though. Those toys all over the house now! I dropped a couple boxes of them off at the women's shelter I volunteer at for the kids and then I'm gonna take the rest I guess over to one of the children's centers.
I have no idea where they got all those toys from. LOL, they packed all kinds of toys in my truck.
Oh and the all whites make a big difference in the shakes. It really improves the texture and carries flavors better then other liquids. Like it takes a few extra minutes of blending ( 3 to 5) to get the egg whites to to fluff.. but that gives it a more milk shake like consistency which I prefer. (LOL, we take out protein shakes serious in this house!)

Grace's Tequila Lime and mango salmon
Ok i know this is a little small for a meal but I eat 6 to 8 times a day... if I ate full meals that often I would be the fat lady from What's eating Gilbert Grape! So if you want bigger meals throw some ****ing mashed potatoes on the plate with it and shut the **** up.
Ingredients
8 oz Wild Salmon (2 4 0z fillets)
1/4 cup Mangos, Raw (diced into cubes)
1/4 cup Peppers, diced( I used red bell peppers & habaneros)
1/4 cup Onion, Sweet, Raw & diced
1 tbsp Cilantro chopped
1 tbsp Tequila or more if desired
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Brown Sugar Blend
Mix all ingredients except salmon and Cajun seasoning, place in a bowl then sprinkle cajun mix over salmon and place in a plastic bowl or bag, now add the mango salsa mix to it and marinate for 20 to 30 mins. Or **** the marinate part and let's eat.
Bake salmon and mango mixture on 400 for about 12 to 15 mins.
or and this is my choice grill it.

Hi Grace..
Ok i got my all whites at the store so i am ready to make one of your great shakes this afternoon after i lift. Thanks for the heads up on the extra blending time. I love shakes to and i am always looking for a new way to make them taste good
Your meals always look go good.
I think that is wonderful that you took the toys to the shelter. I was planning on loking into helping out at one near my home. I have all this free time now that Brittany is in college.Daily Journal
