Hey everyone. I'm not sure if this is a nutrition problem or what so I don't know what section to post it in, but maybe someone can help. My stomach sticks out very far (almost as much as my chest). It's not really just my stomach its my whole abdominal area. It's not really fat, its muscle, but it comes out way too far. Does anyone know why this may be? Is it something with my diet? It doesn't really look too bad, but I think my physique would be a lot better if my abdominal area didn't stick out as much. Thanks for the help.

My abdomin is allot thicker after being on a surplus for a couple of days. *I thing it is due to my guts not being full. *Three or four days at a deficit and my waist shrinks quickly. *I can loose an inch on my belt in three or four days.
- I know what I did to get my results. Most else is from Alan Aragon, Lyle McDonald or Emma Leigh's Nutrition stickies. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981 http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/

ATP or better known as anterior pelvic tilt, in the link skimartist35 posted. It can also be due to not so strong abdominal muscles. Weighted crunches, twists and such can help address the issues. Stomach vacuums can also correct the issue, but I believe stomach vacuums are part of the routine that addresses ATP in thebrobrah's thread.
