The only good thing, IMO, is that it gives the US's high corp taxes higher exposure and awareness to the public that this is what is happening more frequently. The incentive to move offshore is greater than staying. Our GDP will reflect this. The sad truth.
Also, shows the hypocrisy of Mr. Buffett (and others), whom I do admire for his accomplishments, but not his investment in BK.

I'll relate a little BK story that only someone my age would know: the first time I tried McDonald's as a child , I spit it out:
"What is this chit? mustard and ketchup and onion and whatever, ruining the hamburger?"........after that I never tried any of the "one size includes all" approach of fast food burgers....
But then, BK came on the picture, and , apparently knowing there were those that felt that way, they came up with a Burger that no one else, including themselves , have had since: THE BIG PLAIN....it was a 1/3 pounder, completely plain, nothing on it......
at the time, for me, it was perfect...even though back then I had no true nutritional knowledge and wasn't concerned about fat contents, etc....but , anyway, it at least gave me some sort of alternative choice, should I have wanted a quick burger.
to this day, I can't fathom how anyone can eat a hamburger with 20 different conflicting things on it....Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.
